2019 APACRS LIM LECTURE
The APACRS LIM Lecture is the highest award of the society. Since 1991, outstanding ophthalmologists who have made extraordinary contributions to the development of cataract and refractive surgery have been invited to deliver this lecture at the annual meeting of the APACRS.
Dr Oshika will be delivering the 2019 APACRS LIM Lecture titled, “The Quest for Safer and More Accurate Cataract Surgery” at the Opening Ceremony on Friday, 4 October 2019.
2019 APACRS GOLD MEDAL
The APACRS Gold Medal is the most prestigious medal awarded to outstanding ophthalmologists in the Asia-Pacific region for their significant and outstanding contributions to the development of cataract, refractive surgery, and ophthalmology in countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
Dr Kimiya Shimizu has been nominated to receive the 2019 APACRS Gold Medal at the Opening Ceremony of the 32nd APACRS annual meeting on Friday, 4 October 2019.
